I have trained with Duncan Vincent twice a week for the past six years and I could not be happier with the service I have received.
When I met Duncan, I was suffering from an ankle injury and he helped me make a full recovery. Since then his programme has been varied, consistent and made me healthier and stronger.
Duncan also has very pleasant manners and I wholeheartedly recommend him as a personal trainer.
What I really look forward to is Duncan`s face-to-face personal training. He is fantastic at what he does and has a real skill in keeping the sessions new and invigorating, even on the days when training was the last thing I wanted to do!
He is motivational, always gives 100% and his energy know no bounds. Even when you`re seriously flagging, somehow Duncan manages to get that little bit extra out of you!
It is down to him that I managed to finish the half marathon in 1:39:18, a time I`m really proud of, and I would encourage anyone who is thinking of taking up personal training, for whatever reason, to give him a call.

I have been doing Duncan’s online classes for over two years. With a mix of strength, stability, balance and core work, Duncan’s classes offer variety and fun. He is knowledgeable and always focussed and precise in the instruction he gives, which is important for online training when you aren’t in the same room. I have learned to use weights correctly to prevent injury and get results. His experience and care for his clients shines through in all his classes, as does his energy. I come away from Duncan’s classes knowing I have worked hard but also energised, stronger and with increased flexibility
Through training with Duncan I’ve seen big improvements in my balance and range of movement and these make a significant difference to what I can do in my day to day life. Duncan always keeps his classes moving, mixing a whole range of stability and balance exercises in with boxing moves so it’s never boring, never repetitive and always a lot of fun. Most of all he teaches you how to do moves so you get the most out of them and don’t injure yourself. This isn’t always true of less well qualified and less experienced personal trainers. I look forward to every class with him and always feel so great afterwards both physically and mentally. I’d recommend his classes to anyone
Duncan is a very talented and motivating Personal Trainer who I have been lucky to join his online workouts for all levels. He makes the sessions fun and I have become fitter and healthier. He takes care to find out if we have any health problems and gives different ways of working. Duncan is a gentle caring Trainer and I can't fault him over the time I have had his classes.
