Who is Duncan Vincent?
The most important part about me that you need to know is that I love what I do. I have a real passion to guide, inspire and motivate people of all ages, backgrounds and abilities to become healthier, feel better, more confident, and be Fit For Life.
All my life has involved physical activity, from a child I played, ran, jumped, rolled, balanced, rode bikes and climbed trees. I also played football and any other type of sport I could.
This may sound a bit different from the normal personal trainer section but I feel it is important as it is where I learnt to love physical activity and developed fundamental movement skills that are so important not only in helping my stay fit and healthy but also helped with my social and learning skills.
I am now a “grown up" with a young family and responsibilities! I still run, jump, climb and roll around, plus I love walking, exploring on my bike, keeping my body fit and moving well.
I want to inspire people to move their bodies, live healthier and support those around them to do the same. This is very important as it provides a great foundation to form a healthy lifestyle for life and provides a feeling that we are all in this together.
I believe that building confidence in your body and mind is the key to being Fit For Life. My aim is to guide you to a body that is mobile and strong, build your self-confidence, help you to lose body fat, feel fit, healthy and get the best from your abilities.
My approach does not involve the latest fads or diets, it is based on basic scientific principles coupled with my experience in coaching and will all lead to a healthier you, with more energy, less fat, reduce stress levels, and the ability to perform more efficiently for any activities in your life.
