I understand that life can be hectic and it is hard to commit the time to exercise. I will help you to develop a healthy lifestyle that is flexible and works for you.

I am here to help you to understand your real motivation and empower you with knowledge so that you can make the right exercise and nutritional choices. I understand that you have your own training needs, goals and motivations.

Lots of people have similar goals for example to lose weight, look and feel healthy and being pain free. My role is to help you find your underlying motivations and help you develop a lifestyle to help you achieve your goals. Is it to allow you to play with your children? Is it to help you feel confident in your clothes? Is it to be able to enjoy the activities you used to be able to enjoy? Is it to have some time dedicated just for you? There are so many different motivations and all are as individual as you are.

Build your confidence by seeing the small steps of progress you have worked hard to achieve on your journey to a fitter and healthier you.

I am here to listen and adapt sessions to your feelings that day both in your body and mind. This allows you to get the most from each session.

The work outs are planned so that they are fun, exciting, purposeful and progressive.

Good eating habits are essential to help you improve your health and fitness but you need to understand that it should not be stressful to achieve.

I will provide you with the skills to help you make informed and educated choices in your diet but will not prescribe fad diets or supplements. I want you to understand the fundamental principle of how to lose body fat but also how this can be achieved whilst still enjoying life.

My methods are made to be enjoyable, utilise my sports science and fitness knowledge and my years of experience as a personal trainer.
