Who is teaching the classes?
Hello, my name is Duncan Vincent and welcome to my website 😊
I have been in the sports and fitness industry now for over 20 years and I have had the opportunity to learn from some of the very best professionals and more importantly in my view I have gained a great deal of experience in training, helping and encouraging people in all walks of life.
I love my job and helping people 😊 I have had the opportunity to bring my expertise and training style to online classes for the last 4 years working for another company and now it is time to bring those classes and my energy to you directly.
I truly hope that you enjoy my style of classes and that it gives you the foundation to be able to enjoy life to the fullest. These classes are there to help you to become Fit For Your Life!
What will you receive when you sign up?
8x 30-minute live online exercise classes each week:
Unlimited access to each class taught by me (Duncan Vincent). Each class is easy to follow and encouraging with the aim to help you to become of fitter, build confidence in your body and give you more energy for the things you like to do in your life.
Access to recordings of each class:
If you are busy and can’t make the live classes, please do not worry. Every class is recorded and available to watch again at a time suits you better.
Access to my DV Personal training website and App:
My app will be there to accompany the classes and help support you in becoming fit for your life. You will be able to enjoy health and fitness tips, extra exercises that might help with specific areas of your fitness and more.

What classes are available to me?
Gentle Body Movement
– A slow paced standing class designed to enhance mobility, flexibility, and overall well-being.
Beginners Exercise
– This is a fun class that will get your body moving and hopefully get you smiling and feeling energised. I will introduce you to fundamental exercises and movements that build strength, increase mobility, and boost your self-assurance in the way you can move your body.
Intermediate Exercise
– A class that is aimed for people who would like a little more of a challenge. It still is a very accessible class and I really want to make you feel comfortable and build your confidence up in your abilities. It will incorporate some floor-based exercises, balance work, cardio and strength building exercises.
Resistance Training
– This class is designed to help people of all fitness levels, from beginners to those looking for a challenge, to practice good movement patterns and build the strength needed for their everyday life.

I have been doing Duncan’s online classes for over two years. With a mix of strength, stability, balance and core work, Duncan’s classes offer variety and fun. He is knowledgeable and always focussed and precise in the instruction he gives, which is important for online training when you aren’t in the same room. Through training with Duncan I’ve seen big improvements in my balance and range of movement and these make a significant difference to what I can do in my day to day life. Duncan always keeps his classes moving, mixing a whole range of stability and balance exercises in with boxing moves so it’s never boring, never repetitive and always a lot of fun. Most of all he teaches you how to do moves so you get the most out of them and don’t injure yourself. This isn’t always true of less well qualified and less experienced personal trainers.
