Exercising as a family helps you all stay happy, healthy and active.

As parents, I am sure you are well aware of the importance of healthy living and staying physically active. We will encourage our children to play outside and join youth sports, while we may head to the gym. Why not exercise together as a family activity?

What I offer is a fun fitness class where as a family you can enjoy time together whilst exercising through play and sporting activities. Exercising and being active as a family boasts a whole host of benefits for your children such as building fundamental movement skills, better concentration levels and higher levels of confidence and self-esteem. For the parents you will get the benefit of a great fun full body, heart rate raising work out. Plus, regular family activities and introducing fitness at an early age can help your kids form healthy habits for life.
