Personal Training
I am here to support you on your journey to become healthy and fit for your life. The first steps are the hardest and in my experience your confidence and motivation is generally low. It could be that you have never worked out before, or had a trainer, it could be that you are or feel that you are overweight, that you have low energy levels, having aches, pains, injuries, or conscious of looking silly. I am here to help you take that first step, feel good about yourself and have fun along the way.
Everything will be designed around you! In my training sessions I want to give you the knowledge and exercise tools to really make a difference to your health, fitness and well-being, help you reduce body fat, move without pain or injuries, to build your confidence and make you Fit For Life.
Personal Training sessions can take place:
- Online
- Outside
- Home visits
- Private PT studio
Nutritional Advice
Good eating habits are essential to help you improve your health and fitness but you need to understand that it should not be stressful to achieve.
I will provide you with the skills to help you make informed and educated choices in your diet but will not prescribe fad diets or supplements. I want you to understand the fundamental principle of how to lose body fat but also how this can be achieved whilst still enjoying life.
